To start a video, slimply click on the image underneath the corresponding troubleshooting category. If you need to pause the video, hover your mouse on the bottom edge of the video. The play bar should pop up, and you can hit the pause button from there.

When you finish a webinar and hit the mark complete button, it should automatically take you to the quiz. Sometimes that doesn't happen though! Watch this video walkthrough to learn how to manually navigate to your quizzes.
