FAQs
Who are Allpoints?
Allpoints was founded by Scott Burnett to help make earning CEUs easier for pesticide and herbicide applicators. Maggie Scarbrough helps supervise and manage operations, and Kayla Maher and Meghan Markin help provide customer support. Kayla also helps ensure that our classes are approved and submitted to each state.
How do I order classes?
For Tennessee, we offer classes through our subscription. Go to the subscriptions tab for more info on those bundles. To see what we offer for other states, browse through our courses by state tab. You will need to create an account to add products to your cart, and when you're done, the classes will load immediately in your "My Courses" tab.
For more information, or to get help setting up classes for multiple states, use the green chat bubble in the bottom right corner to chat with our team.
How long are our classes?
Each webinar is about 1 hour long. Each class needs to be watched in one sitting- meaning you can't watch half of a video today and the other half tomorrow. After you finish a video and the timer at the bottom of the page reaches 0:00, you can mark it complete. Then you will have a quick 10 question quiz at the end.
Occasionally, we also give Tennessee subscribers "in-house" reading bundles. These are not timed and do not include a video.
How can I contact the Allpoints team?
You can reach our team any time through the green chat bubble in the bottom right. You can also email our team directly. Just click the blue button below this paragraph to see our emails. We ask that you reach out through one of these options first to let us know how we can help. From there, we can reach out via phone call if you prefer to handle any orders or account changes that way!
When is my certification deadline?
It depends! Each state has a different deadline. If you're a Tennessee applicator, click the green button in the right column to see your point requirements and deadline. If you need points for another state, message our team for more info.
How can I check my points?
You can message or email the Allpoints team at any time to see what points you've earned with us. Alternatively, you can click on your class certificates in your My Courses tab to manually count up what classes you've taken this cycle.
If you're a Tennessee commerical applicator, you can visit their new database to see what they have posted for you. Keep in mind, it can take several months for them to process our class submissions.
